Service Charter

The CIS Service Charter describes the services provided by the organization, the rights of citizens who contact it, and the commitments assumed to achieve quality management. Through this Service Charter, citizens are able to understand the type of service they can receive and its quality commitments.

Interested parties may submit complaints and suggestions regarding the services provided and, in general, regarding the operation of the CIS:
