On the final day of the course "Democracy and Public Opinion in the 21st Century," sociologist and former minister Manuel Castells spoke about communication and democracy in today's societies, accompanied by the president of the CIS (National Center for the Study of the Spanish Civil Service), José Félix Tezanos.
We were also visited by the Secretary of State for Education, Abelardo de la Rosa, who spoke about democracy and equality.
