Regulations regarding the protection of personal data

The personal data processed by the Center for Sociological Research are obtained and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights .

Data Controller and Record of Processing Activities

Any personal data collected directly from the data subject will be treated confidentially and incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by the Center for Sociological Research.

All personal data processing activities of the Center for Sociological Research are published in the Registry of Processing Activities .

Legitimation or legal basis

These processing activities are carried out to comply with legal obligations by the data controller, to fulfill tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or because you have given your consent, through a clear affirmative action. Data retention

The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine responsibilities, always taking into account the time limits established by Spanish archives and documentary heritage regulations.

International transfers

No international data transfer is planned.

Data protection rights

Any person has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data by the Center for Sociological Research so that they can maintain control over and manage their personal data.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, of restriction and opposition to its processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate, by contacting the unit responsible for the processing directly, or through this electronic form .

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The Ministry of the Presidency, Parliamentary Relations, and Democratic Memory has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to perform the corresponding functions related to the processing of personal data by the Ministry of the Presidency, Parliamentary Relations, and Democratic Memory and its agencies, including the Center for Sociological Research.

The Data Protection Officer handles inquiries related to the processing of personal data by the Office of the President of the Government, the Ministry of the Presidency, Parliamentary Relations, and Democratic Memory, and its agencies, including the Center for Sociological Research, using this form .
