In this section of the website, you can access the Strategic Planning of the Center for Sociological Research, its Annual Reports, and its Code of Ethics. In accordance with Article 92 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, strategic planning includes both the Agency's three-year Action Plan, approved by the Ministry of responsibility, and the annual Action Plans that implement it for each fiscal year. The annual reports are the documents through which the Agency reports on the degree of compliance with the previous year's Action Plan. They are submitted to Parliament in accordance with Article 4 of Law 39/1995, of December 19, on the Organization of the Center for Sociological Research. Finally, the Code of Ethics aims to establish the general guidelines of conduct for the Agency and its entire staff.
