Luis González Seara

Secretary and interim director of the Institute of Public Opinion from July 1963 to October 1967. Professor of Sociology at the University of Madrid (UCM). Senator in the constituent legislature from 1977 to 1979 and representative for the UCD (United Nations Development Program) in the First Legislature (1979–1982). Minister of Universities and Research. He was president of Cambio 16 and Diario 16.
