Joaquín Arango Vila-Belda
(July 1991 - May 1996)
Professor of Sociology at the UCM. Director of the Center for Migration and Citizenship Studies at the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute. Between 1982 and 1988, he served as Undersecretary of Education and Science and Secretary General of Education at the Ministry of Education and Science.
