Silvia García Ramos is a member of the Superior Corps of State Civil Administrators (CSACE), specializing in law. She holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's degree in State Civil Administration from the Menéndez Pelayo International University.
She previously held the positions of Director of the Research Department, Director of the Database Department, and Deputy Assistant Director of the General Secretariat of the Center for Sociological Research. She also served as a Senior Technician in the Subdirectorate General of Administration and Financial Management at the Ministry of Transport, Mobility, and Urban Agenda.
