'The emotional construction of the extreme right in Spain' obtains the CEA-APQ Quality Seal Monographs

This book, whose authors are Paloma Castro Martínez and Erika Jaráiz Gulías , published in 2022 by the CIS Sociological Research Center, has obtained the CEA-APQ Academic Edition Quality Seal in the first call as a new recognition of quality for scientific research. .

In this first call, a total of thirty-five individual monographs have been awarded, belonging to thirteen prestigious university and scientific publishers, after passing a demanding evaluation process.

This book published by the CIS meets the nine requirements demanded by the CEA-APQ Seal in terms of quality and information transparency (identification of the monograph, electronic availability and inclusion of metadata), quality of the editorial policy (availability of a scientific or editorial committee and editorial policy of the publishing entity) and quality of the editorial and scientific evaluation process (instructions for the submission of manuscripts, information on the manuscript selection process, external evaluation reports and motivated communication of the resolution of the publication of the construction site).

The commissions in charge of the evaluation have been integrated, in the case of the Area of Social and Legal Sciences it has been constituted by María Ángeles Egusquiza Balmaseda, professor of Civil Law at the Public University of Navarra; Pablo Meira Cartea, professor of Theory and History of Education at the University of Santiago de Compostela; Ana Isabel González, professor at the School of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Oviedo; and Lluís Pastor, professor of Communication Sciences at the Open University of Catalonia.

Subsequently, the monitoring commission was the one that adopted the final resolution, made up of Susana Quicios, director of the Teacher Evaluation Division of ANECA; Anabel Bonilla, responsible for international accreditation processes at ANECA; Cristina González, director of Scientific Information of FECYT; María Ángeles Coslado, responsible for the magazine evaluation process of the FECYT label; María Isabel Cabrera, president of UNE; Ana Isabel González, UNE Quality Advisor; and Joaquín Corbacho, administrator of the CEA-APQ Seal.

The CEA-APQ seal has been consolidated as an indication of scientific quality for publications and as a recognition carried out by the National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity (CNEAI) , and in accordance with the criteria for evaluating the research merits alleged for the publications. different accreditation figures for teachers carried out by ANECA.

This seal endorses the scientific rigor of its authors and that of the CIS Scientific Research Center when selecting its publications, with editorial committees and external evaluators, made up of prestigious researchers, and an editorial team with top-level professionals.
