Estudios postelectorales. Elecciones Autonómicas en Galicia 1981-1997

This CD-ROM contains post-electoral studies conducted by the CIS that correspond to Galician regional elections from 1981 to 1997.

The information contained in the studies includes a section that deals with each election specifically, and another practically common section applied during all elections, thus allowing for diachronic analysis and temporal comparisons.

The investigator may access the data in one of two ways:

• Processing data matrices. For this, all research studies in the CD-ROM include data definition specifications in SPSS, which may be used with this statistics package. This program is not essential in order to use the data. It is possible to use any other statistical analysis software.
   
• The JDS Survey application allows for immediate data processing, an therefore the user does not need to have computer programming skills. The programme includes options for frequency calculations, variable intersections, question search and find by field, graphing, etc.
